1. Conduct digital and market research to analyze customer behavior, sourcing trends in apparel & textiles, consumer goods demand, and competitor positioning using data from online channels, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
2. Analyze customer interest patterns, supplier capabilities, and competitor positioning within the global sourcing and manufacturing sector.
3. Develop and implement digital communication strategies to enhance visibility of the company's sourcing, manufacturing, QC, and logistics services across industry-relevant online platforms and professional channels.
4. Create and manage marketing content, including technical descriptions, service overviews, product development narratives, and multimedia materials, for distribution across company websites, B2B directories, professional networks, and social media.
5. Support business development and strategic planning by preparing presentation materials, capability statements, and visual documentation for prospective clients, trade shows, product development discussions, and sourcing negotiations.
6. Collect and evaluate campaign and customer engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach initiatives related to sourcing inquiries, production services, and supply chain solutions, and prepare data-backed recommendations to optimize market engagement.
7. Maintain online listings of company services, sourcing capabilities, and manufacturing resources while facilitating cross-border communication with domestic production facilities and overseas partner factories to support project coordination and customer responsiveness.
